We've changed names!


We're saying goodbye to Switched On Victoria and hello to Switched On Australia.

With customers in every state across Australia it only seemed right that we changed our name.

Over the last 6 months we have been working hard to create a compelling brand with more focus on interaction with our customers. After a lot of hard work and a lot of patient customers we finally launch our new brand and website.

What will this means for our customers?

  • NEW PLANS – Brand new plans giving our customers more value for money.

  • UPGRADED MY ACCOUNT FUNCTION – Making it simpler to pay your account direct through the website or check your usage through my account.
  • BLOG PAGE – If we see something we like, we want to share it with you. Check out our new blog to keep up with latest trends, events and technology.
  • NEW REFER A FRIEND SCHEME – We will be introducing a refer a friend scheme which will mean you can save money on your phone bill just by referring a friend onto us.

We think a telco relationship should be more than just a phone bill, so we are finding new ways to reward and involve our customers in everything we do.

We will be touching base with our customers a lot more in the future to get your feedback.
