• A payment processing fee is charged for all Switched On bills not paid by direct debit. For Visa/MasterCard the rate is 1.6% of the payment amount, INC GST. For Diners Club the rate is 3.5% of the payment amount, INC GST. BPay and Post Office payment methods also incur additional charges. • Early Termination Fees (ETF) apply for any disconnections prior to the contract termination date. ETF is calculated at $30 multipled by the months remaining in your contract term.
• A fee of $20 may apply when switching to another plan, or for NBN booster packs applied after the contract has commenced.
